My 89 year old mother paid £40 to enter what she thought was the Dutch Lottery. She was then sent a letter stating she was a confirmed and guaranteed winner of £17,500.00 - but had to send another £40 to secure her winnings and a form requiring her to fill in her credit card details and date of birth.
