We've rented a wet suit several times over the past year from this local business. Last week we returned a suit with some mud on it... We were told NOT to worry about it, that they have a way of cleaning them out back. We returned this week to rent another suit... Only to be refused because of the MUD from last week! I find this startling and sad. How can you REFUSE service? This company only wants to rent to those they think 'worthy'. Not your local guy who needs to keep from freezing while he gets a dock out of the local FREEZING waters in October. (yes, we've had SNOW here already!)
