I signed up for service several months ago. I ordered a phone from their website and when it arrived I activated it, etc. I then started receiving recorded telemarketing calls "You have won...!" and so I changed my phone number. I then received collections calls for 2 people who had apparently had my number previously, the calls were recorded so I couldn't talk to anybody to get my number removed from their records. I changed my number again. I then received even more new collections calls for more people! All recorded as well. So I just gave up after 4 or 5 months of being sick of getting multiple calls daily that were not for me. I gave up and switched to tracfone. I will never use an AT&T MVNO again even as good as their towers are here. NEVER again!
