I recieved a $45 charge to my account by this company. I called them right away while the charge was still pending to find out what this charge was and to dispute it. I was told this charge would be removed from my account. I was given a cancellation number and a, refund number. Two days go by and I'm waiting for my money to come back to my account and for the charge to dissappear. It doesn't dissappear.instead has been reduced by $5 and has went through. I call them back and am told they can't find my information. I give them the cancellation number. The proceed to tell me that I would recieve a refund in 7 days. I ask to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the supervisor was busy and that I could call back in two hours. I called back and never got anyone. I then googled the company and found this site and all of the complaints. I called my bank and disputed the charge and had a new card issued.
