I filed the claim on 8/20. They are still reviewing it. Have contacted my Cardioligist requesting that they get the paperwork needed. Shannon at the office contacted me backand informed me that she has sent the information 3 times to them 765-428-2500. My agent no longer accepts my calls. Kevin Shell 765-448-4146. I have spoken with numerous aflac staff. I finally got to speak with an Auditor in charge of my claim rsudberry@aflac.com 800-992-3522. She is never available to take calls now. I sent her coies of all paperwork provided to me by the hospital via email.in all I think 20 pages.
