Magazine Sweepstakes Ripoff scam Clearwate

As of January I recieved numerous phone calls from an anonymous number, I never pick up private numbers. One day I finally picked up. It was a company, calling to enter me into a sweepstakes to win some money. All it involved was me trying some magazines for free for 30- days and I could cancel without penalty if I chose. I was also supposed to recieve a "free" mens watch a diamond encrusted bezel. Sounded catchy but if this is what I had to do to win money, then I would do it, plus they weren't going to charge me unless I kept the service. I was supposed to recieve a confirmation letter in the mail within a couple of weeks.

Weeks turned to months and not a phone call nor letter. I totally slipped up and forgot to obtain a number to contact them when they called me that day.By April I seen a charge from an unknown company Frankly Speaking, I called my Card Co. And disputed it and that was it, the number that was given to the company was invalid, it was out of service, so neither could I or my dispute department reach them.

I finally got a number when the charge appeared a second time under another company, JETRA Advantage, the number led to a voice mail, and I left a message of course, someone called me hours later, a young lady. I told her the situation, she apologized, and agreed to cancel it and agreed that I wouldn't recieve anymore charges. A month later the same charge appeared, I called and left numerous messages with no returned call, so I just had my card company dispute it. As of October 12 I received a charge of 58.99 three times in two days. I called the above number, I spoke to some guy Jim Wilson, he couldnt answer any questions or assist me in any way because his computer had a " virus". Jetra is the office that processes the payments, and Frankly speaking sends them the charges. Supposedly this is for some company Green Key Investments.

I now have to close my account and open a new one, because they have imcompetent scandalous people working for this organization. Why are they still in business, I dont know. If anyone knows of ways that I can sue them for damages please contact me. Everyone learn from my mistakes, don't give info over the phone, unless you recieve info in the mail, and it's an approved company. "Nothing comes free in America".
