Ordered some watercolor crayons on 9/24. Two weeks later, no delivery, no emails stating item has shipped. Link to website only says, "Order currently being fulfilled." Left message on phone, no call back. Emailed and received a prompt reply that "We are currently waiting for your items to come in." Me: "When do you expect them?" BF: "Sometime this week or early next week."

After seeing this website, I'm not waiting. I told them to cancel my order and to issue me a refund. We'll see what happens in the next couple of days.
