I got a call from a supposed company rep back in September for a Business venture I could run from home. I paid the what was the initial fee, and about a week later I got paperwork that looked official with the irs logo, and it had the EIN number attached. A few days later I got called about added funding to the tune of 50000, etc which they would need to Market/Advertise this new business entity. Once I told them that I couldn't afford that, I haven't heard from them since.
