Paid for postage on 'free' sample face cream,
then received three samples of more cream which was not ordered.
The company have taken my bank details and 'scammed' me for nearly two hundred dollars.
I have returned samples but still have not received my refunds.
This is an absolute scam and many people are falling for it.
Please help. I have informed my bank and they have put a stop on my account.
