I booked with booking.org. Uk for my driving test. After paying too much for my driving test, they took the money out of the bank and NEVER contacted me. Even after numerous e-mails from me (this being the only way to contact them) about asking for my test date.
I realised i had been scammed and decided to book with the DSA.
So test booked i go to my test to find bookin.org. Uk had cancelled that test and booked one for another day. So i have now wasted my time and my instructors. They did not inform me at any time about my test date or time, are we meant to be psychic?
So i wrote another complaint to them today, wow still nothing in my inbox. This is just a hideous company that takes your money and runs with it. Please stay away!
