I hired a car for a week through their website and paid £75 on my debit card.
When I arrived at the airport I was told that they couldn't give me the car because their machine couldn't read my card. I was given an apology and a cancellation code and told to contact the website for a refund. I have written to them twice, but have received no response. I'm wondering what my options are now.
