A notice from "the fbi bereau of investigations" began to pop up on my computer screen in aug. 2012. It said i had 72hrs to pay $200 using moneypak, otherwise a criminal charge investigation would be opened against me. I called the city police, an officer came over to my house to look at this on my computer. He said not to pay attention to it because it was a scam. This popup thing appears randomly on my computer since then & automatically stops my work activities online. I have to manually shut down my computer & start my activities from the begining. I cant provide you with their information above (their username, email address nor location) because none of that is available on the pop up notice when it interrupts my online activities. This is frusterating & i'd really appreciate it if there is anything you can do to stop this from happening again. Thank you!
