I too ordered the "Free Trial" offer for $1.99 on 10 Sept. Received confirmation email and had my credit card debited with $89.83 on 25 sept. Did not receive the product until 27 Sept. So much for the free trial period! I have since been debited with $91.80 on the 10 Oct with no product to date.
I also received another product called Hydroxatone which I did not order. I have since contacted that company who has closed my account and apologised as they have no connection with Juveneu and are have their solicitors looking into the matter. I will be trying to close my credit card to try and stop these unsolicited payments being made.
