This is the 2nd time of writing a parcel from said company arrived on 2nd October refused to take delivery and reutrned good's they had taken the money from my account andit has not been repaid into my account they have their good's I want my money returned to my account could you please update me on any progress in this matter this is the 2nd time they have taken money from my account and no paying back this should really be reported to the police as you say it is a scam stealing people's money thank you
