I ordered an English football shirt on 31st August the company took my money but, over a month on, I have no football shirt. I have used this company 3 times before with no problem but it seems as though they have shut up shop. I have emailed over 10 times with no response so I have decided to pursue them through different channels. I have contacted their bank Kasikornbank PLC and have lodged a fraud claim, I have also done the same with my bank in the UK. They are confident I will get my money back. I have also found another business these cowboys are running at http://triplegstore.com / I have sent them a stern message at that address, maybe you could all do the same! One last thing, if you used a Visa or Mastercard you can probably get your money back either by invoking section 75 of your credit agreement or asking for a 'chargeback'. Speak to your provider and they should help you.
