I hired the services of this company in order to get more "like" on my Facebook Fan page, as it is becoming very frequent to do so. I bought many packages from this company in order to go from a couple of thousand to 17 000 likes. After a short amount of time, i started to lose a lot of these "likes". It is very common actually to lose a very small quantity of likes over time because most of the companies use sweepstakes to make people "like" pages in order to "win" whatever potential "grand prize". But in my case, i lost over 2000 in one hour, then i started to lose more, by the hundreds, every hour. I did a quick research on the Facebook forum, Q&A and other resources and found out that Facebook regularly clean their hard drive of all accounts that are not active (no activity whatsoever) as it cost them a fortune in maintenance. So i started to have a closer look to all these "people" that liked my page and what i found was not reassuring at all: hundreds and hundreds of Facebook profiles all with people from the same ethnicity even though from different cities in the U. S, most of them being Pakistanis or Indians (from India). Moreover, they all have the same 2 or 3 friends in common, and the profile pictures are not even corresponding the age or very few information from each profile. It is clear to my knowledge that this company trick people with this method of creating "fake accounts" in order to sell their services. They advertise otherwise on the website as they do call " Buy REAL Facebook Likes ". I have sent several emails to the company since but with no answer. I told them how i felt about what happened and I asked them how they were planning to make it right and help me with this issue. But nobody has answered me yet. Also the map on their website shows a location near London, United kingdom but the I. P is showing a location in Hollywood Florida, with an address in Canada, Ontario, that make me really think about the possibility of a fake company, period.

I just found out that this company is using a Skype account to communicate with customers. Skype name: socialmediacreativity Name on the account: David Santiago The website I. P is generated by this company in Hollywood maybe explaining why the I. P is from Florida and not from U. K where the company is: Prolexic Technologies 1930 Harrison Street Hollywood, FL 33020 (954) 620-6002

It looks like they have a second URL leading to the exact same website: http://www.socialmediacreativity.co.uk As today still no answer from them about my complaint. Dead silence.
