Same as all complaints. They say its a free trial, but it isn't. They actually will bill you from the initial $1 to $9.47 if you want the trial. Then out of nowhere after 8 days you will be billed 79.44 which is no refund policy. They are rude and this policy isn't clear when you order! The whitening trays DO NOT work and the gel isn't great either. I am disgusted with these companies that they are allowed to LIE and STEAL. Your better off just going to your dentist. The age old rule applies!!! Nothing is ever for free and if you think its too good a deal its a rip of!!! I reported to The BBB.
