Bosch Oven HBG53R550B/35 received in July.
(HBA53B550B had been ordered) After unwrapping the items inside the oven beginning September I noticed the outer stainless steel casing was covered with brown marks (rust).
Bosch Engineer inspected the oven and confirmed that damage had been done before it entered my home.

Mr Clarke refuses a refund despite the fact that the oven has never been used.
