Giftshop1234.com did not refund money for returned item due to their error - Goddinger Christmas tree

I purchased an item online from Giftshop1234.com. They sent me the wrong item. I returned it to them and they said they would refund my $ plus shipping. This was in March. AFter several email exchanges, in which they said they would refund my $, they never did. As of October they did not refund my money.
