This is the 100 fl oz, Blooming Lavender. Better Directions are needed. "Use dosing cap to measure. Fill cap to 2nd line for regular loads."

Is the dosing cap the dark purple lid? It is very hard to see (because it's dark purple) - but inside the cap there are NO lines going around the cap circumference. There are sets of 4 bars, 5 different heights. So is the 2nd line the 2nd from the bottom or from the top?
