I was torn on purchasing a team signed item because the site description did not give me enough detail (didn't know which players signed), but since this was not my first experience and that one worked out well, I went ahead and purchased it. The very next morning I called and spoke with a deliteful young woman who not only made a promise to find out which players signed and get back to me that day... But she actually did. Why can't all support calls be that way, thank Francis, and thanks sportsmemorbilia.com, can't wait to enjoy my new toy.
