Hhgreg poor customer service - tablet

Went to HHGREG in Anderson today to get my son a gift. There were 7 associates / employees standing when we came in. 1 customer. They were laughing and joking. After 5 minutes a young employee came over. I picked my tablet, but he couldn't process it because he couldn't accept cash. We went to the desk and stood there for maybe 8 to 10 minutes more. They were still joking with this customer, I think he was a friend. They never looked up or looked at me. We asked if there was another register and the guy said "only this guy could process cash???"Finally I used my credit card with the first young man. I prefer to pay cash, that should be my choice. If it hadn't been his birthday, I would have walked out. This was one of my worst experiences while trying to spend my money. I will never shop there again: (
