Filing a lawsuit!

Using PODS to move from fort Sam Houston to WA was a fiasco from the start! I didn't have a definitive address, so I was assured that it was no biggie, SHE chose the zip code which was more costly, but I was assured I would get that back. They changed drop off and pick up on their own, the POD got to the facility late, but they had my address and said it would be at my house on Sept 11th at the latest-it took me days and then I was told they do not deliver here.
They promised to fix it, we ended up driving to the place and was again assured it would get here... And we would get our military weight ticket to be reimbursed by the military-a week later, no POD, no weight tickets emailed AND they just almost emptied our bank account with charges.
We had to buy a couch from goodwill, have three outfits each, my Multiple Sclerosis info and meds are in the POD-I was sleeping on the floor, I'm using my cane more-my loss of that medication made issues with my insurance company-our bank account is wiped out and now we may not have a place to live.
I'm fed up, in tears, sicker than ever, the military is jacked-it's almost October and we've had nothing since the 5th... Our whole life is in that thing-all of our children's things-they raped us financially, mentally and emotionally.

I'm appalled! Don't ever use them!
