Do not use if needing a weight ticket!

I do NOT recommend using PODS if you need to show documentation for weight (government/military move). I required two weight tickets and I called at least 13 times over 3 months to have the PODS weighed. Each time I called the representative had no idea of what to do or even email me the ticket once one was on file. Also, each time I called I was placed on hold for at least 10min. Out of frustration, I requested they just mail the ticket to my address and that never happened. Finally, my issue was sent up to the corporate office where I was given a case manager to directly oversee my issue on a daily basis. I didn't hear from him for a week so I called and had to talk to some other rep to get a simple email of my ticket. As of right now, I'm waiting PODS to weigh and send me a ticket for a POD that is sitting empty in the warehouse and they're telling me it will be about 3 days before they can weigh it!
This has been the worst moving experience ever and I won't use PODS ever again.
