Unfair treatment, and No Pay!

Was interviewed on 9/18 by Rob, and Jon was present as well. Agreement was for me to shadow, from wednesday Sept19- friday Sept21.. Begin work week on Monday Sept24 - Friday Sept28 with 100.00 agent salary plus commission. For the entire week I sat between to agents desk learning the trade, was never given a desk or company email to work on my own after several request for both. On friday at 5pm I go into Jon's office and ask for my salary check and he said He wasnt ready. I wait about 20 mins outside then go back into his office, He then proceeds to yell and holler at "me" that he cant get me a check that Im not in the system and I havent filled out the employee booklet, and sign a contract— things that should have been told me last week... Not sure how this was all being blamed on me as my fault. So Rob gets with me on Saturday Sept29 and assured me on Monday morning he would get all straightened up and I would get a check on Monday Oct1.. Me and another co-worker both got the call not to come in on Monday there was going to be some internal changes in the company and they didnt want anyone else there. So when we return to work nothing had been changed and they had gotten rid of several other ppl. So on Wednesday Oct3 I come into work at 8am as always and started manning the phones and clearing off the desk I was told I would be working from. Then around 9am I was relaying a message to Jon from a customer and he gets all upset and irrate and yells at me "What are you doing here, you dont work for me" so without argument I leave. I still have not received my check or reason for not having a job either!!
