Sales rep failed to disclose terms that went along with sale. No mention of their non existent return policy or refund. But the owner her self did not mention this at the time of the fitting of the product. She did not mention that they in fact do not make the specific size requested or carry it but instead brought out more of the same size and commented that the product varied in size due to manufacturing some where bigger than others but no mention that they do not make the half sizes. Owner also failed to mention that the items being bought at the exhibit stall at the State Fair of Tx was final and no returns allowed. Their was no sign conspicuous over the cashier by the cashier or mention by the cashier. I feel a bit taken by this Camo Cowgirl (Camo Chic) the owner seems to have a buffing system with the young girls working for her that screen calls and one if it is her daughter claims it and pretty much tells you to% off. Wasn't the answer i was looking for but also said she would speak with owner and call back but blatantly lie to us after we call back in 2hrs of the initial call. Very POed at the moment.
