An envelope with a The Home Depot logo contained a letter from Mellon Securities Group with a claim number stating that I was to share in a prize of $3 million with 20 other winners. Call Claim agent Samuel Page at (Personal Info Removed) signed Lynne Weakley, Promotions Manager.

Also included was a check for 3980.00 from ITOCHU LOGISTICS (USA) CORP, 1830 205th Street, Torrance, CA 90501. Written on a check from the Manufacturers Bank, Headquarters BSCD, Los Angeles, California, 90071, check number: 82740 06. To cover the taxes which would be 1,995.00.

I called Samuel Page, who never asked for my claim number, although the letter instructed me to give it when I called. I was then told to go to my bank and deposit the check and called back for further instructions.
