Charged for a Water Bottle I Did Not Buy

Went into Bestbuy and purchased a few items. When I got home I was reviewing my recipe and saw that they charged me for a bottle of water that I didn't purchase. I went back and they said they felt I did get my bottle and was trying to scam them.
