I bought 2 tickets for Moondance v Raindance for £16 each. I did not recieve a code for my tickets and messaged Ticketbank 3 times, no reply. The Event then changed the venue and i decided i wanted my money back i tried to call ticketbank on the 2 numbers given on the website, i left messages with my number and have not recieved a call back. The event is tomorrow 6/10. I have also messaged Mooondance, they said they would try to contact Ticketbank, I have not had a reply.
