They went into my account unauthorized and debited 30 dollars. I requested a refund immediately and still have not seen it. I have called numerous times and keep getting told it will be processed and here it is October and stil nothing. I work for a company processing refunds and it should only take 3-5 business days... Not 4 months. I tried calling today throughout the morning and afternoon and there is a recording stating I have reached them outside of business hours. This is ridiculous. They are doing this to to many people. I have 3 children and can barely support them. This company is a scam and if you called them and they told u they were going to refund u they probably are lying. File a chargeback and close your account
