This company charged my account for 30.00 dollars for a loan that I NEVER RECIEVED. This put my account in the negative. Something really needs to be done about these loans places scamming people. How can I get charged a fee if I did'nt receive a loan. When I called the customer service, someone that barely speaks english tells me that it will take 5 business day's to get my refund. It did'nt take them 5 days to take it out.
