ITN illegally withdrew $53.00 from my debit account after withdrawing $1799.60 that was authorized from my debit account. American Airlines lost my wife luggage in Gambia on may14. They also refused to refund her airfare from Chicago to Milwaukee since she was abandoned at Ohare airport, and had to come to Milwaukee by taxicab on May 29.
