Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Sept 7th ($98.68), which have never been received. Two requests for communication, on their home page contact info have gone unanswered. I am now reading about similar complaints, with the odd coincidence of receiving a small item in the mail from China, shortly after their order (one mentioned a shower cap); I received a dish sponge. Thank you to those who have complained - now I know it wasn't stolen from my doorstep - don't have to suspect my neighbors!
