On 10/26, I initiated a dispute/claim WITH PAY PAL as I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes, been billed for them, but had not yet received any recognition/email stating the order had been received nor had I received the shoes. Today, 10/29, I received an airmail packet from China containing a very small sponge. The package if from xiaoya yang. It would appear that I have paid $94.95 for a sponge.
