Allied Grants, Allied Grant writers, Perfect Grants rip-off and extortion!

Have not received my complete refund from Allied Grantwriters. They now are using extortion to force me to give a positive spin of their buisiness before I get my total refund. This is still my money. Look at the attached email:

Dear Mr. Harris,

Per our conversation @ 8:30 am PDT on September 24, please review the following agreement.in regards to your request for a $2,200 refund, Allied Grantwriters
of America proposes the following terms and conditions:

$1100 to be refunded in the form of a check made payable to Mr. Harris in the amount of $1100 to be mailed on Monday, September 27 via UPS 2-day mail with a confirmed tracking number.

Upon receipt of this refund check Mr. Harris agrees to post a retraction of his original complaint (which we strongly believe is fraudulent and based on accusations made by a former disgruntled employee) on usacomplaints.com regarding Allied Grantwriters of
America and any services they provide.

Provided Mr. Harris posts this retraction, a second and
final refund check in the amount of $1100 will be sent the following Monday via UPS 2-day mail with a confirmed tracking number.

Mr. Harris if these terms and conditions are agreeable,
please respond with your approval immediately so that we may begin processing your refund check. Hopefully this will allow us to come to a resolution that is agreeable to all parties involved.

This email was approved by the owner Adam Mangabang and sent to me by the general manager Larry Smith. Beware of this company and their scam. I never received any of the promiced refunds!
