Big Scam Rip-off!

I was contacted in August with the promise of a $2500.00 Credit card. The fee of 299.50 would guarantee no annual fees forever. Over 6 weeks later I finally got a credit card offer in the mail. It was not what I had been told. I called for a refund on Monday Oct. 7th and was told to call back in one week. They had to verify the refund. Now Oct 11th, I cannot get through to the company and I don't know what to do next. I cannot afford to loose $299.50. Beware of this company. If anyone has a cals action suit against them I would like to be a part of it.
