Harsh Rough Toilet Pape

We bought Charmin Ultra Soft toilet tissue as we have been for our whole lives. We've bought them from Target and Costco recently. They have changed although the complaints dept says they haven't changed anything but added a raised print. The paper was not what we expected - soft and usual softness. They are now all thin, harsh and rough. Just as bad as the store brands. We do not appreciate the harsh tissue.
