I ordered a sample for $2.95 and i paid to this company by credit card on august 28. I was never told that i will remain on their list as a permananet customer and they will charge me more money. On sep 24 i saw a transaction on my credit card and company name was showing aqouscream. I did not know. Phone credit card and they said I can file a dispute but they cant stop payments going from my card. Got their # from credit card company and phone them. Guy on phone was giving me didcounts first 20%, 40% and then 80%. I said I want to cancel and delete my account. He said ok. But yesterday I received a notice from canda post in my mail slot to pickup and pay $14. I retuened the package. Nothing heard from dispute and guy on phone also told me that if i want my money back, I have yo return tose samples thats what I did. But again I pid $20 on sending those samples back. Still dont know If I be able to get any money back.
