I ordered a "Free Sample" of their skincare product. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was then charged $97.88 on my Mastercard for the one month supply (my free sample) that I received. I contacted this company immediately. I was threatened by a customer service representative that told me that if I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they would not refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the only way they would credit my account, is if I sent back the samples "unopened". I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. They also seem to be using different websites. I can no longer locate the website I pruchased from. AuraVie kept directing me to a website that states I would be charged $97.88. However, that was not the website I purchased from. The advertising was deceptive and did not state that I would be charged. It clearly stated that this was a free samples offer!!
