I took out a personal loan, using my car as collateral, from SpringleafFinancial in 2009. I paid off the remaining balance of the loan at the end of August. I still have not received full title to my car back from SpringleafFinancial. I have spoken to representatives on the phone, they have acknowledged that I paid off the loan, but they merely say that they will check to find out why my payment is not posted. They have not returned my calls to this date.
