"I ordered a Sony HDR-XR260V High Definition Handycam Camcorder and received an order confirmation that it take 3-5 business days for processing time. I called them after 5 days to check on the order and I got a message that the Phone Lines were closed for two days, I called several times thru out the day during business hours on a Monday and Tuesday. I sent them a couple of e-mails to have them call me, since I couldn't call them which I never received replies. I finally got threw Wednesday on the phone and sat on hold for more than 20 minutes. They said they could finally release my order, but tried to sell me a extra battery which I declined. Then he told me that it didn't come with any Warranty. I asked why and he said it was a Grey Market product from overseas. I promptly cancelled my order after waiting 1.5 weeks. Scammers."
