PC Power Speed
Requested Removal from the Subscription

Spoke with Diya on 9/20 @ 10:29: 55 AM (Hawaii Time) Divya said she needed access to my computer in order to cancel the Subscription/Product with your Company, which I allowed. Even though I told her that it was a new computer with only MicroSoft Progrms on it and the other crashed. She manuevered through my computer, I informed her once again that I JUST WANTED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT. She kept moving around my computer. I thought she was looking for any evidence of PC Power Speed programs for removal. Not true! Insead, she showed me that several programs had the words "errors" & or "warnings" flashing. She said she could not fix the problem but for $100.00 one of their technician could.

I told her NO Thank You. She still remained on my Computer, this time WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I TOLD DIVYA MALIK once again to: (1) STOP working on my computer; and (2) REMOVE me from the subscription/product. She said that's no problem, as she continued to work on my computer. I told her to get off and that I had a warranty, didn't seem to matter. She said to me in a DEVIOUS WAY "oh, you'll call us back. Now I know why she said that, after telling her about 2 or 3 times to remove me from that Program. $59.00 was withdrawn from our account. Usually, if you asked to be removed or you are NOT INTERESTED & TO BE REMOVE FROM THAT COMPANY'S LIST, you would think that would happen. Even after my continued refusal to reenlist with PC Power Speed, I was stilled billed $59.00 for nothing.

Please note (1) Divya was only given permission because SHE SAID that was the only way I could be removed from using your PRODUCT/SUBSCRIPTION; (2) Divya said (a) that there are some information that remains in our ISP unit and that is why she was looking at my Computer; (b) due to having McAfee and Norton on my system is another reason I am having computer problems. (Not True, check with ISP)

Was there a document or information given that this would be an annual renewal? No paperwork to that effect? Why is it so difficult for PC Power Speed to accept a rejection, your Product/Subscription is not for everyone. IT IS NOT FOR ME.

I believe that removing funds from a persons banking account WITHOUT that individual's approval is against the law, not sure though, its different in every State). Especially, when it IS pointed out quit clearly NO RENEWAL, PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM LIST for the usage of the PC POWER SPEED. What do you think? Please return the $59.00 to my account, you folks have that information.

By the way if you folks are part of the Crawler's Company, I also asked for my removal and went thru the same incident as above. An amount of $9.95 was also removed from my account, once again without my permission. Refund the same to my account you folks have that information.
