I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Even though the watch arrived one day after my wife's birthday, someone from their company called me and let me know this was happening and what the reason was. I appreciated this very much. My wife loved the watch. We had a hard time finding that particular model and they had it. I give them an A on customer service.
