Inflation of meat price

On Friday I requested an explanation for the sudden 33% increased price on Ostrich Neck. The manager said head office set the prices and he will investigate and get back to me by Saturday or latest Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no reply. I find this unacceptable for a person spending over R 60000 a year all one is left with "is we don't care" attitude. Note! Ostrich meat should have come down in price as Oudshoorn farmers have been culling Ostrich in the thousands.
