I started this product exactly 5 days ago and I've lost 5 pounds and I haven't worked out any of the days I've took the pill. It did give me energy and it didn't make me sick at all this is an excellent product. I can't wait to see what happens next week! Its a true blessing this product. I'm 25 and I'm 5'4 and i weighted 145 and now I weigh 140.
