They say they will send you a free bottle on a trial basis, but reguest your credit card number to cover the shipping costs. What they do not explain is the will continue to charge your credit card for the amount of 88.95 a month and that you may cancel in 15 days. Now it take 3 to 5 days to get the product which that say is part of the 15 day trial period. These are calendar days not business days. You have to wait 30 days to get a refund if you do get one

The 800 number is always busy, and they say you will be charged in you do not get back with them in time. They ship every 13 days a new order which you have to deal with in order to get your money back. They also are in partnership with another company which charge your credit card 19.95 for another product to go along with Slim 365.
