25% of discount on payment and payment postponed for no reason

I live in Brazil, and I worked on a LionBridge Madrid project in July. After 2 months, they came to tell me that they had to discount 25% of my payment due to comercial agreement between Brazil and Spain. They didn't mention it before.

Then, they promised to pay me on October 1st, and now (October 3rd) they say they'll pay me on the 10th-12th. When I say this is not right, they only say "I'm affraid your payment cannot be done earlier". It is pure disrespect with the vendor!

They make you work for them, and after that, they come with new information to decrease and postpone your payment.

After all, LionBridge is not as respectful as they look like... At least Madrid office.
