Vandalism: DESTROYED my rental property

Jim and Kimberly Anusevitch lived in my rental property at 1492 Croton Road, Melbourne, Florida from Sept to January. While residing at the property, they destroyed every screen in the house, destroyed and removed brand new burber carpet, destroyed the linolium floor, allowed a plumbing leak to destroy an entire wall and floor (which he was obligated to fix under the lease option agreement). The yard was never cared for and overgrown with weeds. He was late every single month on the rent and bounced two checks which I quit taking. We finally had to evict him which he played games with the process to prolong our agony. We also found that he is being tried for a felony of fraud, theft, and grand larceny. If you are considering having James Anusevitch move into your rental property, please reconsider! He will destroy your property as he did mine.
