I have a prepaid Titanium Visa and this Quibids company is trying (Sept. 29,30, Oct. 1, and will try one more time tomorrow) to debit my account for $67.80. I never made a purchase nor did I try to buy anything with my card. What I did do was register an account with Quibids but when I realized that the free bids they offer come after you've purchased a bid package. This is about the same amount as 100 bids would cost.
The only reason I keep getting these messages in my email is because there is no funds on my card available, thankfully.
