I DID A FREE TRAIL OF BODY CLEANSE PLUS ON THE 20 August and this morning the 29 August i call the number 08447459698 to cancel but the body cleanse plus because it giving diarrhoea it was i got a automated system with opinion to press for canceling which i did, i was waitin on RAM number when it say thank for buy the body cleanse for 50% of the cost.

I quickly redial back the number wait for 30 mins to speak to 1 of the customer services adviser who inform me that i have bought the body cleanse plus and i cannot get a refund back i have have to keep it, i explained to the customer adviser that i did not order the body cleanse plus i was trying to cancel not buy it because it is making me ill i was told i will not get my my money back how unfair is this
